Michele Brown, who has been a South Bay resident for 20 years and a real estate professional for 40 years was recently honored once again by her real estate peers.

Michele Brown ( was awarded the prestigious Realtor of the Year 2015 by the South Bay Association of Realtors, ( The organization, with more than 4,000 members, honored Michele as a respected member of the community where she has made a mark on the international, Los Angeles and South Bay landscape with an outstanding record of exemplary character and achievement.

Michele is the Chief Executive Officer for the Real Estate Professionals Team at Keller Williams South Bay. Her team believes in delivering a very high level of customer service, constant education, keeping abreast of market trends and always having a finger on the pulse of the real estate industry.

This team, led proudly by Michele, has been honored as Top Producers with Gold & Platinum Medals for 6 years running, at Keller Williams, South Bay, located in Los Angeles.

Michele Brown is a member of the California Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the California Apartment Association.

Michele has served for 7 years on the Keller Williams International Leadership Council. She is the recipient of numerous industry awards, including the Keller Williams Cultural Icon award. She specializes in selling luxury properties with as little disruption as possible to the homeowners daily routine and with an emphasis on client confidentiality.

The Real Estate Professionals Team’s specialties include Luxury Real Estate properties, as well as multi-family investment properties. Patricia Wisman, REALTOR®

Patricia Wisman is a Realtor specializing in commercial and residential properties.  She joined Keller Williams in 2016 with 19 years of experience in the South Bay marketplace and is also the Director of Operations for the Real Estate Professionals Team at Keller Williams South Bay.  Prior to joining the KW family, she was Vice President-Marketing at The Klabin Company, where she specialized in the design and execution of property and corporate marketing campaigns and financial analysis for industrial, office and investment properties in the South Bay. Patricia brings a fresh perspective by providing creative solutions throughout the real estate transaction life cycle.  She is driven by her passion to develop strong relationships with her clients and industry leaders to provide relevant and impactful real estate consulting.

Patricia is dedicated to giving back to the community and is an active member of several community organizations.  She is a founding member and co-captain of a nonprofit cycling team that educates and trains members of all skill levels for endurance charity rides.   Most recently, Patricia participated in the 2017 AIDS Lifecycle, a 545-mile charity bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles.

Patricia and her family are South Bay natives and reside in Old Torrance.  She enjoys music, travel, and is a sport fanatic and long-time Los Angeles Kings Season Ticket Holder.

Christy Barkley-Fisher joined Keller Williams Realty & the Real Estate Professionals team, bringing her 20 years of experience to this award winning team.

Christy started her real estate career as a loan officer. She also trained others on how to obtain their real estate license. She opened her own business as a “Loan Processor”, processing loan files for independent Loan Officers. This experience makes Christy invaluable to her clients, especially first time buyers who don’t quite understand the lending process.

Christy grew up in the South Bay, on the beautiful Palos Verdes Peninsula, first as a child and then as a single mother. She was very involved in PTA, church activities and Las Madrecitas women’s organization supporting children’s charities and the homeless.

Christy is excited to move her business & her clients to KW South Bay bringing a high level of experience and resources to her clients when they sell or purchase properties.
